Proof of Legal Residence Permit in the Philippines (ACR & ICR/study visa/work visa) โ for non-Filipinos
Invitation Letter from Pakistan
Photocopy of Sponsorโs Passport & NIC
Bank Statement
Employment Certificate
Hotel Booking (if applicant is staying in a hotel or has no sponsor in Pakistan)
NBI Clearance authenticated by the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) (for Filipino nationals)
